For creators

1. Launch your token on a Ponzo partner launchpad, as usual.
2. Turn on Ponzo for the token: [NEEDS INPUT] how creator fees are routed to Ponzo, e.g. a toggle at launch or setting Ponzo as the fee recipient.
3. Share your token. Its Ponzo page and leaderboard go live, and callers can start joining.

From then on, creator fees from trading are collected and paid to callers automatically, once a day.
